FAQ: Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not issue a refund to the original method of payment. Returns past the two-week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers' expense. Return and exchange shipping is at the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip in your return! Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled. Please do not email about your return/store credit unless it has been 7 business days, it takes some time to get it processed.
All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

If you live near Kennett, Missouri feel free to bring your return to our pick up location. Once the return is received you will receive via email an e-gift card.
If you receive a damaged/defective item please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damaged item and the order number.
Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges. But, you can use your e-gift card you receive to make another purchase.
